

This year at the Lyceum Crewe!!! We split the groups over the 2 shows on SUNDAY 19TH JULY as we cannot fit everyone into both shows. Look at this letter, it tells you when you need to be at the theatre, what you need, what shows you're in, everything about the show. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. What Show Are You In ?
Covid Compliance Note
Restrictions are now lifted, however that doesn't mean that we should not still be cautious. And as ever, if you're showing any signs and symptoms of Covid or have been in close contact please do not attend the show and follow government guidelines.

Show Arrival Times
ALL STUDENT 16 AND UNDER MUST BE SIGNED IN AND OUT BY PARENTS/GUARDIANS.
When you drop off your child, please make sure you come to the stage door and sign your child in.
If another person/guardian is dropping/picking your child up you must inform Julie or Sarah by a letter giving permission stating who the person dropping/picking your child up. Julie needs the permission letter a week before the show. For regulatory compliance , we can't accept letters on the day of the shows, Text or Facebook Messages
If your child is under 16 and you wish for them to sign themselves in or out to a show you must also provide a permission letter stating which shows this is applicable to and we must receive this a WEEK before the shows. we can't accept letters on the day of the shows, Text or Facebook Messages
In both cases, without a letter we can not accept or release your child into the theatre.
Babes Drop off and Pick Up
All Wed and Sat Babez ; You will arrive at the theatre at 12:45pm and be signed in at the stage door. Parents will then watch their children in the show. Then after your child performs TWICE return to the stage door and collect your child and take them back into the theatre to be seated with you to watch the remainder of the show.
You will receive one FREE seat for the dancers to sit next to you. To claim this ticket simply call the box office and give them your dancers name :) When you purchase your tickets you must tell Julie BEFOREHAND your doing the show otherwise your name may be left off the list. If this happens just let Julie know on 07931451801
Please note we have to wait for all group members to arrive before we can take the children up to their dressing rooms so PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!
We have a rehearsal schedule from 8:45am - 1:05pm please arrive on time so you do not miss your rehearsal on stage!!!

How To Buy Tickets

Everyone is welcome!! Mums and Dads, Grandmas, Granddads, Aunties, Uncles, Friends, and anyone who would like to watch you perform. If you have a friend who is thinking of starting street dance this is the best way to show them what we do!!
Remember dancers it's better to perform to a big audience so tell a friend to bring a friend and tell a friend, the bigger the audience the better the performance and the bigger the audience the more shows we can do!! Please help us promote the show - share on Facebook!! Dancers if you bring more than 10 people you can claim money off your fees for September term.
Dancers do not need tickets. Dancers stay backstage with chaperones during the show. The only dancers that need tickets are our babez

You will all need the new SDA Dancewear 26 T-shirt to wear for the Finale and your Street Piece in the show.

Please note to avoid disappointment you must complete your order by Sunday 12th July to ensure you have your T shirt for the show. After that we will deliver your t-shirt but can't guarantee it will be available for the show.

After The Show
Parents please WAIT on the opposite side of the road to the stage door, until your child’s team name is called. Each group will be called and parents asked to come and collect and sign out their child. Please ensure you are there to collect your child as this will cause a delay in exiting the theatre
.
BETWEEN MATINEE AND EVENING, WE HAVE TO CLEAR THE THEATRE, THEREFORE DANCERS UNDER 16 PERFORMING IN BOTH MATINEE AND EVENING WILL HAVE TO BE SIGNED OUT AND BACK IN BY PARENTS. Parents please arrive at the allotted time to ensure chaperone present to supervise your child.
